Ocean-bound Plastic Bags

Ocean-Bound Plastic Bags are polyethylene sacks made from 100 percent ocean-bound recycled PE, where recovered coastal plastic is purified and toughened in-house so the reclaimed resin performs like virgin film. The finished bags carry a rated load of 5-8 kg in a size range of 10x15 cm to 40x60 cm, suitable for retail and promotional packaging. Each bag carries an embedded traceability QR code linking the purchaser back to the recovered-material chain, and all printing uses water-based ink to avoid solvent contamination in a product already marketed on its environmental story. Construction meets GRS and GB/T 21665-2009, and producing one ton of this recycled material processes roughly 1.2 tons of ocean-bound plastic, a ratio brands use in their impact storytelling. The bag therefore works both as a functional sack that customers carry by hand and as a verifiable piece of a brand's circular-supply narrative, with the recovery figures ready to be quoted on packaging and in sustainability materials.

An ocean-bound plastic claim only holds up if the reclaimed material is clean and the buyer can prove it. Our GRS-aligned workflow purifies and toughens ocean-bound PE on the same lines that run conventional film, which removes the dust, salt residue and brittle fractions that normally make coastal regrind unsuitable for thin, printed retail bags. Water-based ink printing keeps the environmental story honest at the decoration stage, and the embedded QR traceability code gives the end buyer a direct link back to the recovered-material chain rather than a generic recycled claim. Because purification, toughening, printing and coding happen under one roof, a brand can order this bag in volume without the gap between sample and production that weakens sustainable-packaging programs. The practical value is a retail-ready printed bag with a credible, scannable circular-supply chain that marketing and procurement can both stand behind.

Sizing from 10x15 to 40x60 cm, water-based water-ink artwork, QR traceability linking, color and gauge adjustment, and production from customer drawings or samples are available. OEM branding and mixed SKUs within one MOQ are supported.

Bags are packed in export carton boxes. Trade terms are negotiable; damaged-in-transit items are replaced, and third-party inspection is accepted before dispatch.
