PO vest carrier bags are blown polyolefin (PO) T-shirt-style shopping bags with an integrally formed handle that is cut in one motion from the same film web as the bag body, so there is no separate handle patch to tear off. PO film sits between PE in toughness and PP in stiffness: it hangs open on a checkout roll, lies flat on a counter, and does not curl the way soft LDPE does. The film is extruded, printed in-line, and converted on high-speed bag-making machines that fold the film, heat-seal the sides, and punch the handle in one pass. Gravure (intaglio) printing is applied before conversion, so brand colors run across the full gusset and side panel without seam gaps. Standard sizes run from 18x25 cm to 45x60 cm, and the material meets GB/T 21665-2009 and GB 4806.7 food-contact requirements. An optional PLA-based degradable masterbatch or up to 65% recycled PO content is available for brands that need a sustainability claim. Bags are packed in export carton boxes. Trade terms are negotiable. Goods damaged in transit are replaced, and a 6-month warranty applies.
