Resealable Stand Up Pouches

Resealable stand-up pouches are laminated PO/PE bags with a reinforced bottom gusset that lets the pouch stand upright on a shelf at up to a 30-degree angle without tipping. A resealable zipper across the top allows repeated opening and reclosing, so the consumer can access the contents and seal them again to keep air and moisture out. Anti-slip texture on the panel improves grip and tactile feel. The zipper runs across the upper part of the pouch, leaving the lower two-thirds free for full-panel artwork, and the anti-slip texture improves grip when the pouch is opened and reclosed. The pouch body comes in round-bottom or square-bottom formats and in clear, matte, or fully printed finishes, with sizes from 10x15 cm to 30x40 cm. Gravure (intaglio) printing delivers sharp, high-density color across the full panel. The material meets GB 4806.7 food-contact requirements, and up to 50% recycled content is available. These are retail-facing pouches built for shelf presence as much as for product protection.

For retail brands, the value is shelf-facing appearance controlled end to end. The choice between clear, matte, and full-bleed print, combined with round or square bottom geometry, lets a brand match the pouch to its positioning: clear for premium food that shows the product, matte for a beauty or supplement line, full-bleed for a bold confectionery statement. Because gravure cylinders are made in-house, color registration across multi-color jobs is held tight run after run, which is what makes a line of pouches look like one brand on the shelf rather than a mixed batch. The stand-up bottom and recloseable zipper are formed on the same converting line, so the pouch stands evenly and the zipper reseals consistently across every unit. For a brand launching an SKU on retail shelves, this means packaging that looks designed, not generic.

Pouches are packed in export carton boxes. Trade terms are negotiable, and damaged-in-transit goods are replaced.
