Product Description
LDPE high pressure bags are made from high-pressure (high-pressure-polymerised) polyolefin film that is exceptionally soft and flexible, with elongation at break of at least 400%, so the pouch drapes gently around the product instead of holding a sharp rigid shape. The low-crystallinity film has a smooth, non-crinkle hand-feel that does not scratch polished or plated surfaces, which is the reason it is chosen over stiffer PO bags for delicate goods. Heat-sealed at 120-160degC, the seal forms an airtight closure that stays flexible rather than brittle in cold or humid storage. Sizes run 5x8cm to 30x40cm at 0.05-0.15mm, which makes the format ideal for soft, scratch-prone or delicate items that need a gentle wrap rather than a stiff bag. The film is printed with flexography and meets GB 4806.7 and GB/T 21665, and the line produces up to 600,000 pieces a day, with an optional up to 85% recycled content.
Softness is not a cosmetic point: a stiff film scratches delicate surfaces and makes bundling awkward, which shows up as returns and rework in the buyer's QC. Running high-pressure film on our own blown line lets us keep the 400% elongation and hand-feel consistent across runs, so jewelry, small cosmetics, lenses and polished parts arrive without scuffing instead of showing handling marks from a harder bag. The 120-160degC heat-seal window is also tuned on the same line, so the airtight closure does not over-crinkle the soft film during conversion. The 600,000-pieces-per-day output means repeat reorders can be turned quickly for fast-moving retail or e-commerce fulfillment, and the 85% recycled option lets brands claim a soft, film-based pack without accepting the stiffer feel that ordinary recycled film tends to have.

The 400% elongation and soft drape protect jewelry, small cosmetics, lenses and polished parts from scuffing during storage and transit, which a stiffer PP-style bag would not.
Food and Small Item Soft Packaging.
Because the film meets GB 4806.7 food-contact requirements, it is suitable for small food portions, bakery add-ons and condiment packs where a soft, non-crinkle pouch is preferred.
