Polyethylene Industrial Bags

Polyethylene Industrial Bags are heavy-duty sacks built around high-density polyethylene film for bulk raw-material and component handling. The film is biaxially stretched in machine and transverse directions to raise tear resistance by about 30 percent, giving the bag enough toughness to hold abrasive powders, granules and machined parts without splitting when stacked or forklift-shifted. It withstands acids and alkalis across pH 3-11 and provides a moisture barrier that keeps hygroscopic materials dry in storage. Width is the defining feature here: bags can be produced up to 1200 mm wide, which lets a single liner match wide pallets, bulk totes and industrial equipment openings instead of forcing a folded or taped workaround. Letterpress printing marks lot numbers and hazard handling labels directly onto the film, and construction follows GB/T 10454-2000. An optional 70 percent recycled content blend is offered for buyers working toward material reduction targets without changing the bag's loading performance.

Industrial buyers rarely need a catalog size; they need a bag that exactly matches the loading spec on their hopper, pallet or machine opening. Bag width up to 1200 mm and length cut to drawing, HDPE gauge and blend ratio, letterpress lot/hazard marking, optional 70% recycled content, and production from customer drawings or samples are supported. OEM and ODM development, plus mixed specs within one MOQ, are available.

Bags are packed in export carton boxes and palletized for industrial freight. Trade terms are negotiable; any damage found in transit is replaced, and buyers may arrange third-party inspection before release.
