PE Zip Lock Bags

PE Zip Lock Bags are resealable pouches built around a precision self-seal zipper whose interlocking ridges clip shut by hand and reopen without tools. The zipper survives about 500 open-and-close cycles, turning the pouch into a storage container rather than a one-time wrap, and when closed it blocks air, moisture and dust from the contents. Bags span 5x8 cm to 30x40 cm at gauges of 0.05-0.15 mm with roughly 95 percent transparency, so small parts, documents or food contents are visible without opening the pouch. Material can be supplied to food-grade GB 4806.7 or in an industrial anti-static grade with surface resistance of 10^6-10^11 ohms, and flexo printing adds product markings directly to the film. The core function is a clean, re-openable barrier pouch that seals by finger pressure, with enough clarity to let the recipient identify contents at a glance before committing to unseal it.

The weak point of any zip lock bag is the zipper: if the interlock is off by a few tenths of a millimeter in production, some bags seal and others leak, which buyers discover after packing. Our integrated blown-film, zipper insertion and bag-making lines control the interlock geometry so that every pouch in a run reaches the same 500-cycle reseal performance and the same ~95 percent clarity. That batch consistency is what allows a customer to automate filling and sealing at high speed without pulling defective zippers off the line. Because the zipper, film gauge and flexo print are made in one flow, a buyer ordering tens of thousands of identical pouches gets the same snap feel and the same clear view from first bag to last, rather than a quality spread that forces spot-checking of every box.

Sizing from 5x8 to 30x40 cm, gauge 0.05-0.15 mm, food-grade or anti-static formulation, flexo artwork and logo, and production from customer drawings or samples are available. Mixed grades within one MOQ and OEM branding are supported.

Bags are packed in export carton boxes. Trade terms are negotiable; damaged-in-transit pieces are replaced, and third-party inspection is accepted.
