Bottom Gusset Stand-Up Pouches, or Doypack-style pouches, are high-strength laminated bags built around a sealed bottom gusset that opens into a flat base when the pouch is filled. The pouch stands upright on that base under a fill weight of up to 5 kg without tilting, which gives heavy or bulky contents such as grains, powders, pet food, or liquids a stable shelf and shipping footprint. When filled, the bottom gusset flattens into a rectangular foot that contacts the shelf across its full width, so the pouch does not rock on a curved base even on a slightly uneven pallet. The heavier 0.15-0.3 mm gauge also resists the creasing that a thin doypack develops when stacked under load. The laminate is built from PE/PO layers, with an optional aluminum foil layer for light-sensitive products; the aluminum version blocks light and prevents UV degradation. Gauge runs 0.15-0.3 mm, heavier than a standard retail pouch, and sizes range from 12x18 cm to 35x50 cm. The product meets GB 4806.7 food-contact and GB/T 20266-2006 packaging standards, and up to 70% recyclable content is available.

Because the bottom gusset geometry is developed in-house around a customer's fill weight and product type, a 5 kg filled pouch stands level on the shelf rather than tipping forward and tearing at the seam. When light-sensitive contents are the issue, the aluminum layer is integrated into the same laminate structure, so the pouch both stands and blocks UV in one construction rather than relying on an outer box for light protection. In-house lamination and bag conversion mean the base seal strength and the barrier layer are tuned together to the product, whether wet, dry, or greasy, which reduces product spoilage and returns.
