Post-Consumer Recycled PE Bags are polyethylene sacks compounded from over 85 percent post-consumer recycled (PCR) resin, blended with anti-aging and toughening additives so the regrind does not lose the impact strength buyers expect. The finished bags hold volumes from 5 to 50 liters at gauges of 0.08-0.2 mm, giving procurement teams a range that covers small retail and industrial sacks up to larger refuse and liners. An anti-UV loading protects exposed stock for about six months, which matters for warehouses that store bags uncovered. Production follows GB/T 38082-2019, and every 10,000 bags displaces roughly 30 kg of virgin resin, a figure buyers can put straight into their material accounting. The bag behaves like a conventional PE sack for the end user during filling, stacking and disposal, while the resin behind it is recycled, which is why buyers typically specify it as a drop-in replacement rather than a new packaging format.

For ESG-driven buyers, the risk is not whether a recycled bag exists, but whether the recycled content is real, documented, and consistent enough to claim in a sustainability report. Our GRS-aligned production lets us stabilize a >85 percent PCR blend without sacrificing physical performance: the anti-UV and toughening package keeps film flexible through six months of exposed storage, so a high-recycled bag does not become brittle and reject-heavy in the buyer's warehouse. Because the same blown-film line controls regrind feeding, additive dosing and gauge in one pass, the recycled-content percentage holds batch to batch rather than drifting as it can when recycled resin is sourced and added downstream. That reproducibility is what lets a brand write a specific PCR percentage into its supplier specification and report it with confidence, turning the bag into a verifiable line item in an ESG scorecard instead of a marketing claim.

Bags are packed in export carton boxes for shipment. Trade terms are negotiable; transit-damaged goods are replaced, and third-party inspection is accepted.
