Antistatic PO Poly Bags

Antistatic PO poly bags are polyolefin bags coated with a permanent composite anti-static treatment designed to protect electronic components from electrostatic discharge during handling and shipping. The coating holds a stable surface resistance in the 10^6 to 10^10 ohm range and a static decay time of no more than 2 seconds, which means a charge built up on the bag surface bleeds off quickly instead of jumping to a sensitive PCB, sensor, or connector. The film also blocks 99% of moisture, protecting humidity-sensitive devices from corrosion in transit. Light transmission is about 65%, so the contents are visible for visual counting without opening the bag. Standard sizes run from 8x10 cm for small SMD parts to 40x50 cm for assembled boards, at 0.1-0.2 mm gauge. Because the coating is integrated into the film rather than dusted onto the surface, it survives repeated rubbing and abrasion on a packing line without losing its resistance value. Bags are cut with clean heat-sealed edges that do not shed lint or fibers onto the board. The product meets SJ/T 11465-2014, the ESD packaging standard, and up to 55% recycled PO content is available.

For electronics buyers, the technical value is a specifiable, batch-to-batch stable ESD performance rather than a one-off measurement. The composite coating is applied in-line during film production, so the 10^6-10^10 ohm surface resistance and the <=2 s decay hold run after run, which matters because ESD failures are invisible until a component fails in the field. Because we control the coating, film gauge, and bag conversion under one roof, a buyer can specify the resistance window and the moisture barrier together and have them verified against SJ/T 11465-2014, with third-party inspection accepted. The 65% light transmission also lets incoming QC count parts through the bag without breaking the ESD barrier. The result is a packaging spec that can be written into a BOM and repeated on every purchase order.
