Polyolefin Industrial Bags

Polyolefin industrial bags are heavy-duty, multi-layer composite PO sacks built to carry 20-50 kg of bulk or piece goods in industrial supply chains. The film is co-extruded to a high-strength profile with tensile strength of at least 25 MPa and elongation at break above 300%, so it resists puncture from corners, metal edges, and pallet stacking. The co-extrusion also joins an inner layer selected for chemical contact with an outer layer tuned for tear resistance, so the bag can hold a reactive granule without reacting itself while still surviving rough handling. It is formulated to resist acids and alkalis, resist aging under warehouse light, and keep moisture out of the contents. Bag width can be custom-made up to 1200 mm, which lets the bag match the footprint of a pallet, a component tray, or a machine part rather than forcing the product into a stock size. Silk-screen or flexographic printing is used for lot numbers, handling symbols, and supplier marks. The product conforms to GB/T 10454-2000 for industrial packaging bags, and up to 60% recycled PO content is available. These are shipping and storage sacks for components, powders, granules, and fabricated parts, not retail bags.

The manufacturing value is that the bag is engineered around the customer's product rather than the other way around. Wide-width blown film extrusion lets us hit widths up to 1200 mm to match a specific pallet or part dimension, and the 20-50 kg load band is set by adjusting film gauge and layering to the actual weight being shipped, instead of over-specifying a generic sack. Because we run film blowing, printing, and bag conversion in-house, a customer drawing or sample can be turned into a prototype and then into production without a third-party converter in the loop. For heavy-load industrial buyers, this means fewer sacks bursting on the pallet, fewer damaged parts, and a bag whose dimensions actually fit their product line and export carton configuration.

Width up to 1200 mm, gauge, number of layers, chemical-resistance formulation, silk-screen or flexo printing, and 60% recycled content are customizable. Production from customer drawings, samples, or prototypes is supported under OEM/ODM.

Industrial bags are packed in export carton boxes. Trade terms are negotiable, and large-volume orders qualify for tiered pricing.
