Product Description
PO heavy duty sacks are industrial-strength, multi-layer composite polyolefin bags built to carry 20-50kg of dry bulk material, powders, granules or components without stretch-out or seal failure. The composite film is formulated for acid and alkali resistance (pH range), moisture barrier and ageing resistance, with tensile strength of at least 25MPa and elongation at break of at least 300%, so the sack survives handling on conveyors, forklifts and pallet racking. Width can be customised up to 1200mm, which makes the format suitable both as a standalone heavy bag and as a liner inside woven bulk sacks or FIBC bags. Silk-screen printing leaves a durable marking for lot and handling instructions, and the production follows GB/T 10454-2000, with an optional up to 60% recycled content mix.
For bulk buyers, the risk is not the bag price but line stoppages caused by torn sacks or failed seams. Running a multi-layer composite on our own blown-film equipment lets us guarantee the 25MPa / 300% elongation figures consistently across wide widths, rather than mixing film rolls from outside suppliers. The up-to-1200mm custom width is also produced in-house, which means buyers who need a specific liner size for an existing FIBC or carton can get it without redesigning the outer package.

Applications
20-50kg Bulk Powder and Granule Sacks.
The 20-50kg rating and 25MPa tensile strength match cement additives, chemicals, resin pellets and food ingredients that demand a sack which does not bulge or split during filling and palletising.
FIBC and Bulk Bag Inner Liners.
Because width can be produced up to 1200mm, the same sack can act as a moisture barrier liner inside woven PP bulk bags, keeping dry bulk product isolated from the outer weave.
Industrial Component and Hardware Packaging.
Acid/alkali resistance and moisture barrier make these sacks suitable for fasteners, metal parts and non-food chemicals that must stay dry and uncontaminated through storage and sea freight.
Customization
We customise PO heavy duty sacks in width up to 1200mm, with chosen composite structure, gauge, color, silk-screened lot or handling markings, and an optional up to 60% recycled content. Drawings or samples are welcome; OEM and ODM are supported, and mixed sizes can be arranged within one MOQ.
Packaging & Transportation
Sacks are bundled and packed in export carton boxes. Trade terms are negotiable; any sacks damaged in transit are replaced.
